Employee Acknowledgement

The employee handbook describes important information about Stone Tile, and I understand that I should consult my Manager or the People & Culture Department regarding any questions not answered in this handbook.

Since the information, policies and benefits described here are necessarily subject to change, I acknowledge that revisions to the handbook may occur. All such changes will be communicated through official notices and I understand that revised information may supersede, modify or eliminate existing policies. Only Executive Management of Stone Tile has the ability to adopt any revisions to the policies in this handbook.

I have read this handbook. I understand that it is my responsibility to comply with the policies contained in this handbook and any revisions made to it. I agree to follow Stone Tile rules and regulations regarding my employment with the Company.

I also understand that a hard copy of this handbook will be provided to me upon request and that it is my responsibility to return the hard copy I receive to the Company at the end of my employment.
